POSITION TITLE: Assistant Vice President for Development
PAY GRADE: Salary Plan D, Level III (Salary determined through relevant experience and education)

An incumbent is responsible for providing leadership in the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of resources from individuals, foundations, corporations, and governmental sources as an enhancement to the normal College funding process.
Masterís degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, to include supervision, in both private and public sectors as it relates to fundraising, identification of alternative revenue sources, and procurement of in-kind contributions or similar experience; or Bachelorís degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience.
